     Pops Fernandez, the popular singer and concert artist revealed her feelings about her successor Sarah Geronimo, as you all know, she was tagged as the "Concert Queen" of the Philippine entertainment industry during her active years in the business, Pops revelation was posted on abs-cbnnews.com last Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013 (Philippine time).
     According to the published article of ABS-CBN News, Pops Fernandez sees a lot of potential to Sarah Geronimo among the younger singers who are trying to cement their names in the industry. “Sarah is doing a very good job, she can sing, she can dance. Maybe her style of singing is a little bit different from mine but I know she brings in the people also,” Pops added.
Pops revelation proves that Gerald Anderson's rumored ex-girlfriend has an extra ordinary talent when it comes to entertainment, in fact, Pops also noticed the brilliance of Sarah Geronimo in her previous movies. She said that she has seen Sarah's movies on cable and she was amazed that Divine Geronimo's daughter can also act.
     Incidentally, Pops Fernandez together with her ex-husband Martin Nievera performed in one stage last Feb. 14 for their "Valentine" concert titled "Foursome" along with Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez.
